BetBox “Scan, Play & Win” Promotion

Official Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promotion is conducted by BetBox Kiosk Inc. (“BetBox”), together with participating licensed venues.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences on the advertised start date and concludes on the advertised end date (“Promotion Period”). BetBox reserves the right to extend, shorten or modify the Promotion Period at its discretion.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who:
  • Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the legal age required to participate in sports wagering in the applicable state.
  • Are legally permitted to purchase and use BetBox services.
  • Are physically present in a participating venue at the time of entry.
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where the promotion is lawful.
Employees, contractors, directors, agents of BetBox, participating venues, promotional partners and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
  1. Scan the official BetBox QR code displayed within a participating venue.
  2. Register or verify your mobile number (if required).
  3. Complete a qualifying transaction through a BetBox kiosk.
Each qualifying transaction earns one (1) entry into the monthly prize draw unless otherwise advertised.
Additional promotional entries may be offered from time to time and will be published separately.
No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law.
5. Prize
One winner per month during the promotion period will receive:
US$500 Cash
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
BetBox reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly promotional period.
The draw will occur within seven (7) days of the end of each month.
The winner will be contacted using the mobile number or email registered with BetBox and posted to the venues social media platforms.
If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, BetBox reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Venue Competition
For the first three (3) months following launch, participating venues automatically compete for the Top BetBox Venue Award.
The participating venue recording the highest number of valid BetBox transactions during each calendar month will receive:
US$1,000
Only completed and valid transactions are counted.
BetBox reserves the right to audit all transaction data before determining the winning venue.
8. Fraud and Disqualification
BetBox may disqualify any entrant or venue if it reasonably believes there has been:
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Duplicate or false accounts
  • Automated entries
  • Attempts to manipulate transaction volumes
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions
  • Any unlawful conduct
BetBox’s decision is final.
9. Privacy
Participants consent to BetBox collecting, storing and using their personal information for:
  • Administration of the promotion
  • Prize notification
  • Identity verification
  • Fraud prevention
  • Marketing communications (where consent has been provided)
Personal information will be handled in accordance with BetBox’s Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetBox and participating venues exclude liability for:
  • Lost or delayed entries
  • Technical failures
  • Internet or telecommunications interruptions
  • Equipment malfunction
  • Any loss arising from participation in the promotion
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. General
BetBox reserves the right to:
  • Cancel, suspend or modify the promotion at any time.
  • Verify the identity and eligibility of entrants.
  • Refuse any entry that does not comply with these Terms.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the promotion is conducted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
